Bet365 Social Responsibility Violations
The Gambling Commission found three serious social responsibility failures, including insufficient customer communication, an ineffective early risk detection system and failure to confirm understanding of information provided.
Bet365 also faced four anti-money laundering violations, including ineffective new customer checks, deficiencies in financial sanctions checks and insufficient information in procedural documents.
