Regis Dudena was recently appointed head of the prizes and betting secretariat in Brazil. This decision was officially announced in the official gazette of the Union of Brazil, signed by the government's chief of staff, Rui Costa.

The Secretariat for Prizes and Wagering (SPA) will be the key Treasury body responsible for organizing regulation and developing the future framework for gambling. Dudena, with extensive experience in the field of regulatory law, will take on this responsible role.
Previously, Regis Dudena worked in the field of regulatory and public law, and also held senior positions in law firms and associations. His collaboration with the Executive Secretary of the Brazilian Treasury, Dario Durigan, adds to his confidence in his new role.
