Casumo, a renowned online casino operator, has undergone a significant overhaul, introducing a new corporate identity and reorganizing its entire senior management team. These changes mark one of the most significant marketing and personnel changes in the company's history.

New Leadership Team

Casumo's renewed leadership team is distinguished by its diversity and experience. Nearly half of its members are women, underscoring the company's commitment to inclusion and equality. Notable among the new appointments is Sandhya Singh, who serves as Chief Customer Officer and brings a wealth of experience from giants such as Meta, Amazon and Hewlett-Packard.

- Francesco Postiglione is the chief executive officer hired last year.
- Tim De Borle - Chief Operating Officer.
- Janice Duncan is the group's chief financial officer.
- Kerry Swainson - Director of Compliance.
- Cristina Turbatu - technical director.
- Nikola Jelacic - Marketing Director.
- Tony O'Mahony - Chief Product Officer.
- Martin Schillig - HR Director.

Casumo Chief Operating Officer, Tim De Borle, said: “This has been a year of change and transformation, much of which is yet to be seen by the industry or our players. The entire organization has been in a phase of large-scale transformation for about a year now and, to a certain extent, still is. I am honored to work for an organization and a brand like Casumo, but some of the elements that have led to past success were only relevant in a different time and were only relevant in a different regulatory environment than the one we have today. So we needed a clear change in direction.”

Newly appointed chief marketing officer, Nikola Jelacic, added: “This brings a new sense of energy within and for the company. I wouldn’t necessarily call it a renaissance, but I would call it a comeback story.”

Rebranding and Internal Culture

The rebranding of Casumo is accompanied not only by visual changes, but also by a revision of the corporate culture. Casumo CFO Janice Duncan highlighted the company's inclusive work culture in an interview with Gambling Insider: "I think the fact that we have a 50/50 gender split at the executive level gives people the idea that opportunities exist no matter who you and where you come from.”
