Digitain has unveiled its new Centrivo CRM platform to significantly improve player lifecycle management and marketing capabilities for iGaming operators. This innovative system brings together all player touchpoints into one central hub, giving operators the ability to effectively manage player preferences and analyze transactional and behavioral data.

Centrivo CRM supports multi-channel communications, including email, SMS and website push notifications, and can also integrate with external service providers. Edmond Goulian, Digitain's Chief Customer Officer and Head of the Centrivo Project, emphasized that the new platform is designed to make it easier for operators to create effective campaigns to attract, activate, retain and re-activate players, contributing to revenue growth and increased engagement.

Functionality and Features

Key features of Centrivo CRM include audience segmentation management, marketing cohorts, promotion templates, dynamic bonus management and gamification features. These capabilities are accessible through an intuitive reporting dashboard, allowing operators to analyze performance and optimize their CRM marketing campaigns.

Earlier this month, Digitain also unveiled Centrivo Affiliate, a platform specializing in affiliate marketing, complementing their strategy to increase their influence in the iGaming market. The company is also actively developing sports betting opportunities in connection with the upcoming Euro 2024 championship, introducing new features to increase interactivity and attractiveness of users.
