Daniel Young has been named Director of Customer Experience and Innovation for MGM Resorts International.
Bill Hornbuckle, CEO and President of MGM Resorts International, said, “Dan is a progressive strategist with a wealth of industry experience who uses technology and digital strategies to enhance the guest experience in a truly meaningful and unique way.
“Dan's leadership will be essential as we continue to drive organic growth through sales, marketing, loyalty and product development. We are delighted to have him as a member of our leadership team."
Previously, Jan worked at Aristocrat Leisure as Chief Strategy Officer, where he oversaw long-term planning, corporate development and corporate strategy.
Prior to that, he held several positions in operations, general management and strategy at Viacom (now Paramount). In addition, he served as a strategy consultant for Booz Allen & Hamilton and was the CEO and co-founder of a mobile gaming company.

A long-term licensing deal between MGM Resorts and Marriott International was recently announced to develop the MGM collection with Marriott Bonvoy.
This resort will include 17 MGM buildings and over 40,000 MGM rooms in Las Vegas.
Elsewhere, MGM Resorts has also announced plans to build a casino in Thailand, and the company is currently growing domestically through a partnership with Marriott International.
