A brawl broke out between two UFC middleweight fighters, Brandan Allen and Marvin Vettori, on the floor of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida, on Friday after the fighters attended a Professional Fighters League (PFL) event on the same premises.

According to MMA Mania, the altercation was started by a 30-year-old Italian fighter who attempted to land a punch on Florida light heavyweight fighter Tuco Toccos. However, his attempt was unsuccessful, which set off further events.

Among the spectators watching the incident was professional mixed martial artist Michael Johnson, who competes in the UFC lightweight division. He quickly responded and helped move spectators away from the scene.

Following this, 28-year-old Brandan Allen began to fight Vettori, landing a series of punches, one of which knocked the Italian down and sent him crashing into a roulette table. According to MMA Mania, the scene quickly escalated into a violent exchange of punches, which was captured on cell phones by onlookers.

Despite the intensity of the clash, neither fighter sustained any serious injuries, and police made no arrests.

UFC President Dana White commented on the incident on social media X, noting that "this would have been the fight of the night if it had been on the PFL."

Marvin Vettori also took to social media to share his impressions, writing: "One-armed Vettori remains undefeated. Never miss a beat."

It is worth noting that Vettori and Allen were previously scheduled to fight at UFC 240 in April, but due to Vettori's injury, the fight was canceled. Instead, Allen fought Chris Curtis and won by split decision. Vettori, in turn, criticized Allen, calling his victory "disgraceful" and expressed his dissatisfaction on social media.

Brandan Allen is a rising UFC star who began his career as part of Dana White's Contender series in 2019 and has won seven in a row. His overall record is 24-5, of which 14 victories were achieved via choke.

Marvin Vettori, who made his UFC debut in 2016, is 19-7 with nine of his wins, all via submission. However, his recent performances have been less successful, losing two of his last three fights and three of his last five. He is best known for his two fights against Israel Adesanya, both of which ended in losses for Vettori.

The casino brawl was just the latest development in the tense relationship between the two fighters.
