According to a statement released by the company, the new study was conducted by world-renowned data analysis and consulting agency Kantar.

The latest research has shown that the three main functional characteristics for companies looking for a business partner in the iGaming industry include: fair prices, a wide selection of games and providers, and seamless technical integration and support. By highlighting emotional characteristics when choosing a supplier, the study showed that the top three are: a long-term and reliable partner, the highest level of service, and fast and seamless communication with account managers.

Most recently, SOFTSWISS published its Cryptocurrency Report for the first half of 2023. The company said that cryptocurrencies are likely to remain part of the gambling sector, especially as the report notes an 83.6% increase in cryptocurrency rates in the first half of 2023 compared to the second half of 2022.
