Legendary boxing promoter Frank Warren and former world champion Carl Frampton are among those who believe Dubois will stop Usyk on Saturday. If the British boxer is up to the task, it will be one of the biggest disappointments in the history of the sport as the Ukrainian champion is a huge favorite to win by 1450.

Invincible Ukrainian is ready for another victoryOleksandr Usyk is 20-0 with 13 KO/TKO wins. He is arguably the most technical heavyweight boxer on the planet who moves fast and has a real tank engine. The Ukrainian, as a rule, performs once a year so that he has enough time to prepare for each fight.
Last year he fought Anthony Joshua in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and won by split decision. A year earlier, he defeated AJ by unanimous decision in London. In both of those fights, he simply outmaneuvered his opponent by landing more punches overall.
Before that, he defeated another British boxer Derek Chisora in London, and before that he defeated American Chaz Witherspoon in Chicago. He also defeated Englishman Tony Belew in Manchester, Russian Murat Gassiev in Moscow, Latvian Mairis Briedis in Riga and German Marko Hook in Berlin.
In fact, the last time he fought in front of his audience was in 2015 when he fought in Kyiv. It is impossible to fight in Ukraine due to the ongoing Russian aggression, but on Saturday he is going to fight in front of a guerrilla crowd. The fight will take place in Warshaw, where it is insanely popular: both Poles and Ukrainian refugees support the champion.
Will Daniel Dubois be able to cope with the disorder?Daniel Dubois is 11 years younger than Usyk, two inches taller and arguably stronger than the champion. The proof of this is that his knockout win rate is 95%. However, he simply did not clash with such a great boxer as Usyk.
Dubois is 19-1 and his most notable victories come against Nathan Gorman, Trevor Bryan and Kevin Lerena. However, none of these guys are inferior to Usyk in terms of punches and the ability to dodge opponent's punches.
The only loss of his career came to Joe Joyce, who knocked out Dubois in 2020. After this fight, Dubois came close to being knocked out several more times, most notably against Lerena, who knocked him out three times.
Oleksandr Usyk vs Daniel Dubois PredictionOleksandr Usyk fights Daniel Dubois only because he needs it. Dubois is the mandatory challenger that Usyk wouldn't have had to fight if Tyson Fury hadn't pulled out of negotiations. Knowing this, it becomes clear that Usyk is much better than Dubois. Of course, the Briton has a nuclear option, as did many of Usyk's previous adversaries, all of whom he managed to defeat.
Choice: Oleksandr Usyk will win by decision.
