Alexa Grasso defends her title on Mexican Independence Day
The next UFC event will be in honor of Mexico, which is why several Mexican fighters are invited to this event, hence the name Noche UFC. The Mexican evening of the UFC will headline the fight in which Alexa Grasso defends his title for the first time.

The Mexican fighter is feuding with Valentina Shevchenko, the fighter from whom she took the championship belt six months ago. Grasso was a huge underdog in this fight, and for nearly four rounds it looked like the bookmakers were right.

Grasso was battered by her opponent, who also scored four takedowns. But then we saw Grasso's magic - she twisted Shevchenko's neck.

This was Grasso's biggest win ever, although she had defeated a couple other quality fighters in the past. She defeated Vivian Araujo (decision), Joanne Wood (submission), Macy Barber (decision) and several others.

Valentina Shevchenko is plotting revenge
Valentina Shevchenko is one of the best active female MMA fighters, perhaps even the best. She has a lot of weapons in her arsenal, as well as incredible strength and a very high IQ. Shevchenko is 23-4 in his professional MMA career and his loss to Grasso came after nine straight wins.

Her other losses came against Amanda Nunes (twice) and Liz Carmouche. Nunes defeated her by decision each time, one of which was a split decision victory. Her loss to Carmouche came in a bantamweight bout. It happened by technical knockout after Shevchenko decided to quit the fight after two rounds.

Alexa Grasso vs. Valentina Shevchenko 2 Prediction
Simply put, Valentina Shevchenko is a much better fighter than Alexa Grasso. Losing her six months ago shocked everyone, but we just can't see the same thing happening again. She's had plenty of time to prepare for her revenge, and we're almost 100% sure she'll carry it out.

Choice: Valentina Shevchenko will win.
