Bally's Corporation has made a significant investment in its Midwest property with the unveiling of an expanded Bally's Kansas City land-based establishment. This expansion marks the largest investment the company has undertaken since its acquisition in 2020.

The newly expanded venue boasts an impressive 35,000 square feet of additional gaming and retail space, featuring the installation of over 200 new games and the creation of a high-limit slot area. These enhancements aim to provide visitors with a more extensive and enjoyable gaming experience.

Not only has the indoor space seen improvements, but the exterior has also been given a makeover. New lighting elements, steel frames, and fabric panels have been added to enhance the property's appearance. Multiple new entrances have been introduced, eliminating the need for patrons to walk to a single main entrance.

Michael Donovan, Bally's Regional Vice President & General Manager for the Midwest, expressed his excitement about the transformation of Bally's Kansas City. He emphasized the enhanced dining and gaming experiences awaiting guests from the moment they arrive. Donovan extended his gratitude to the city and the numerous union members whose collaborative efforts over the past two years brought this expansion to fruition.

To celebrate the casino's expansion, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at the main entrance of Bally's Kansas City, attended by Bally's President George Papanier, company representatives, Pete Ciarrocchi (Founder of Chickie's & Pete's), and other guests.

Bally's acquisition of the property in 2020, previously known as Isle of Capri, represents its most significant investment in the property to date. Over time, the property has undergone rebranding and received various enhancements, including the 1800 Baccarat Lounge and the Celebrity Casino & Lounge, featuring an exclusive gaming lounge with over 30 slot machines.
