In a groundbreaking achievement for the world of poker, Kristen Foxen has etched her name into history as the first female player ever to secure four coveted World Series of Poker gold bracelets. This remarkable feat took place in the 2023 WSOP Online event, known as the 'Crazy 8's,' where Foxen outshone a formidable field of 492 participants in the $888 buy-in no-limit hold'em competition, walking away with not only the title but also a substantial cash prize of $92,142.

This victory propels Foxen's total tournament earnings to an impressive $7.1 million, solidifying her position as the second-highest-earning female player in the history of poker, trailing only behind Vanessa Selbst, who boasts $10,899,027 in career winnings.

The fierce competition between Foxen and Selbst now stands at a thrilling deadlock, with each having clinched three WSOP bracelets in open events. However, Foxen's journey to this historic milestone began back in 2013 when she triumphed in the WSOP ladies no-limit hold'em championship. In this event, she demonstrated her poker prowess by conquering a field of 954 contenders in a $1,000 buy-in competition, securing her first piece of poker hardware along with a princely sum of $173,922.

Continuing her ascent in the poker world, Foxen secured her second WSOP title three years later by emerging victorious in a $1,500 no-limit hold'em bounty event, claiming a substantial reward of $290,768. Her third WSOP victory occurred online during the inaugural WSOP Online event in 2020, where she bested 892 other players in a $2,500 no-limit hold'em six-max tournament on GGPoker, adding an impressive $356,412 to her growing list of achievements.

Foxen's latest WSOP triumph unfolded on WSOP.com's New Jersey and Nevada network, where she played under the pseudonym 'krissyb24.' The event attracted a strong field of participants, culminating in a substantial prize pool of $393,600.

While the World Series of Poker has not yet disclosed the full results, we can confirm the presence of several highly accomplished tournament regulars who made deep runs in the event. This illustrious list includes the likes of Jeff Platt (22nd), 2013 WSOP main event champion Ryan Riess (20th), Shannon Shorr (19th), bracelet winner Mike Holtz (18th), bracelet winner Guy Dunlap (15th), two-time bracelet winner Drew O’Connell (10th), Landon Tice (9th), bracelet winner Ian Steinman (7th), eight-time WSOP Circuit ring champion Matt Stout (6th), Dylan Destefano (3rd), and bracelet winner John Ripnick (2nd).
