Softswiss, a prominent supplier, has recently become a part of the global initiative 'Cleaning up the World,' joining forces with 130 other teams in a collective effort to make a positive impact on the environment. Held in Poznań, Poland, this campaign aimed to revitalize the local surroundings, making them cleaner and more eco-friendly.
Katsiaryna Shved, the Event Manager of Employer Brand at Softswiss, expressed their commitment to positive change, recognizing the significance of each individual's contribution. She stated, "Together, we are making real and noticeable changes that we can see, touch, and feel."
This initiative is just one example of Softswiss' philanthropic endeavors. The company recently donated $25,000 to provide container houses for individuals affected by a disaster in Turkey.
Valentina Bagniya, Softswiss' Chief Marketing Officer, emphasized the importance of a well-defined mission and strong values in the sustainable development of any company. In 2022, Softswiss allocated over €1.7 million ($1.7 million) to charitable causes, supporting victims of disasters, conflicts, serious illnesses, and more. Bagniya concluded, "The alignment of our employees around these shared values significantly enhances the quality of our output."
