This 67-story behemoth, the tallest inhabitable structure in Nevada, represents the western expansion of the iconic Fontainebleau brand. The resort boasts 3,644 rooms and suites exuding timeless elegance and luxury, unique to the Las Vegas experience.
In an effort to offer a diverse culinary experience, Fontainebleau Las Vegas will introduce 36 first-to-market restaurant concepts from around the world, opening gradually throughout 2023 and 2024. This collection includes ten of the Top 100 grossing restaurants in the United States, featuring award-winning chefs like Gabriela Cámara, Michelin-starred chefs Masa Ito and Kevin Kim, Alan Yau, Evan Funke, David Grutman, and more. Reservations are already available for the grand opening on December 14.
Beyond the dining options, the resort will feature a 14,000-square-foot fitness center, a 55,000-square-foot Lapis Spa, and a 96,500-square-foot luxury boutique retail district. Additionally, it will offer a six-acre pool district, 550,000 square feet of customizable indoor-outdoor meeting space, 150,000 square feet of gaming space, and the upcoming LIV and LIV Beach experiences.
