On November 27, key sports wagering operators, including Caesars Sportsbook, DraftKings, PSI, and WynnBet, disclosed their Q3 results to the Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC). The meeting, presided over by Catherine Judd-Stein, Chair of MGC, delved into various aspects such as recorded revenue, responsible gambling initiatives, lottery engagement, and diversity in sports betting.

Dissatisfaction with DraftKings' Figures
DraftKings faced scrutiny as less than 0.1% of their customers actively used time limits, with only 2.3% employing deposit limits and 0.13% utilizing spending limits. Wager limits were imposed by merely 0.4% of users. Chair Judd-Stein expressed dissatisfaction, urging DraftKings to enhance these figures. She emphasized the need to make responsible gambling tools more appealing, encouraging customer usage.

Minor Betting Instances
The meeting also addressed concerns about underage betting, with the four licensees reporting minimal instances. Commissioners probed operators on measures taken to identify such cases and combat bad parenting practices enabling minors to bet using adult accounts.
