In an exciting development, Paf, the gaming operator from the Åland Islands, has sealed a multi-year agreement with Tallink Grupp, the shipping company, to maintain and enhance their collaboration. Lasse Danielsson, the Chief Operating Officer for Land & Ship at Tallink Grupp, expressed delight in extending their "long-standing history" with Paf, emphasizing the importance of improving the entertainment experience for their customers.

Renewing the Gaming Experience:
Paf aims to revolutionize the onboard entertainment offered on Tallink Grupp's ships operating in the Northern Baltic Sea area. The gaming operator plans to introduce coinless machines with integrated screens, enhancing players' gaming experiences. Christian Lundell, Paf’s key account manager, introduced the Customer Journey concept, emphasizing its role in strengthening player interaction and communication about responsible gaming policies.

Responsible Gaming Initiatives:
Paf has already implemented updates to promote responsible gaming on ships operating to and from Estonia. Passengers must now identify themselves with boarding cards before engaging with slot machines. Kairi Maidla, Tallink Grupp’s group entertainment director, expressed satisfaction with the "higher standard for gaming activities onboard," anticipating similar improvements across all their ships in the coming years.

Expanding Collaborations:
This extension follows Paf’s May announcement of strengthening its decade-old partnership with Kambi in the sportsbook vertical. Additionally, Paf expanded collaboration with Finnish shipping company Eckerö Linjen in the same month. In September, Paf continued its innovative tech education program, grit:lab, eliminating the need for teachers and allowing students to learn from each other.

This extended partnership signifies a commitment to innovation and responsible gaming, promising an elevated entertainment experience for passengers on Tallink Grupp’s vessels.
