CSCEC Triumphs with The Island Project
The Island project, sprawling over a 10.5-hectare island off Umm Suqeim's coast, is set to transform into a luxury destination with renowned hotel brands like MGM, Bellagio, and Aria. Speculation about potential gambling facilities arises, contingent on the UAE's stance on legalization, as reported by MEP Middle East.

The Development's Grand Scale
Anticipated to feature 1,400 hotel rooms and apartments, alongside diverse retail, dining, and entertainment options, The Island project is under the watchful eyes of German firm Buro Kling Architectural Engineering Consultants and local firm APCC. The proximity to Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Marsa al-Arab adds a new dimension to Dubai's skyline.

CSCEC's Winning Streak
CSCEC's success in securing The Island project follows previous victories in Dubai, including the AED886 million main works contract for Damac Properties’ Cavalli Tower and the W-Residences project by DarGlobal. With a brand value of $31.9 billion, CSCEC stands as the world’s largest conglomerate in engineering and construction.
