In a groundbreaking move, Flutter Entertainment revealed its commitment to charitable initiatives in the UK and Ireland, pledging up to £8 million ($10 million) in 2023. Following this, the conglomerate disclosed plans to focus on its three main brands—Paddy Power, Sky Betting & Gaming, and Betfair—by initiating upcoming funding campaigns.

Consolidating Stock Exchange Listings

Flutter recently declared its decision to maintain only two stock exchange listings, opting to cancel its Euronext Dublin listing by January 23, 2024. This shift won't affect the premium listing on the London Stock Exchange or the inclusion in the FTSE 100 index, ensuring the continuous trading of Flutter Entertainment's shares under the ticker symbol FLTR.

Embracing the New York Stock Exchange

Simultaneously, Flutter is gearing up for a significant move—listing its ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) by January 29, 2024. This strategic decision aligns with the company's goal of optimizing operations and leveraging the strengths of the NYSE market while maintaining a strong presence in the UK market.

Regulatory Milestones and Trading Updates

Pending the approval of the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Flutter's NYSE listing, symbolized by FLUT, awaits finalization. The company plans to release a brief trading update on January 18, 2024, covering the three months ending December 21, with full-year results, under US GAAP, scheduled for publication on March 26, 2024.

This bold move by Flutter Entertainment signifies a dynamic shift in its global market strategy, reinforcing its commitment to growth, innovation, and social responsibility.
