In February 2024, players in New York State poured $1.77 billion into online sports wagers, with revenues totaling $131.4 million. This marked a substantial increase of 20.4% from February 2023.
FanDuel Leads the Pack
FanDuel, under Flutter Entertainment, maintained its lead in the market, raking in $63.4 million in revenue from $720.1 million in bets. DraftKings followed closely behind with $53.4 million in revenue and $607.9 million in bets.
Financial Year Spending Hits $17.8 billion
The surge in February's figures contributed to a total spending of $17.8 billion for the financial year, showcasing an 8.6% increase from the previous year. Moreover, the state's revenue for the 11 months ending February 29 totaled $1.61 billion, marking a 10.5% growth.
